We rely on state-of-the-art methods for agile working. When the world of work suddenly changed fundamentally, we focused our attention not only on our business – we have consciously expanded our commitment to our team. This was not only a matter of course for us, but very easy to implement, as we have already created a high degree of workplace flexibility since 2010. In addition, we have developed our working time model SPH FLOW and expanded it to include another alternative for mobile working. Hereby we enable our employees for example to visit relatives who live farther away, to travel even more flexibly with their families or to work remotely from other places, independently of the home office or the office and without having to take vacation.

For career changers in Microsoft Dynamics, the SPH Academy offers a special onboarding program. Within about three months, new colleagues are at the next level and able to specialize in a future-oriented product.
